July Notices

Farther God, teach us your will, and align our hearts with Your ways. Draw us closer to your son as You reveal Your plans for our lives. Show us how to take part in letting your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. In Jesus’ name, Aman.

Baptism Classes – 7th July for 3 Tuesdays

We will be running these classes to explore what baptism is and why it was important to Jesus at the start of his ministry. Believer’s baptism is a very special moment on the journey of faith. It is a moment when God's presence and blessing meets us, and when we make our personal commitment of faith in Jesus as Lord. Baptism is also about receiving God's Spirit for service in the church and in the world.
Jesus set an example: Jesus was baptised by John the Baptist (Matthew 3:13-17; Mark 1:9-11; Luke 3:21-22). Please speak with Nick or one of the leadership team to find out more.

* There is no commitment to be baptised at the end of the sessions

Please pray for these 3 sessions for those who attend and for those contemplating attending.

Outreach to The Town

Pray for our outreach in Desborough and the surrounding areas.
As the town grows bigger ask God:

How can we help people of all ages to find Jesus – There are many people in our town who do not know the Lord, how can we help to show them Jesus

How can we help people of all ages to follow Jesus – We have many members and groups, pray that everyone finds a group or place where they can be fed and sustained in their personal walk with the Lord.

Streaming

There are some consent forms in the Church and they have also been sent out via email. If you have not already, please read and complete these then return them to Simon Biddlecombe.
